Which type of payments do you accept?
MissSilver.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Money Orders/Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks (If paying by personal check, all checks will be held for 7-10 business days before the items will be shipped). How long after you receive my order do you ship it?
As long as all items are in stock. Usually within 24-48 hours once payment has been received. Playboy Bunny Licensed Jewelry ships in 3-5 days provided it is in stock.

Why do I need to register?
You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, with ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt. Please send your return back to: Miss Silver PO Box 79515 Corona, CA 92877 Please include your name, order#, and what you would like a refund or exchange (for exchanges please give us the Size and/or new item description. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on Earrings, Body Jewelry or Closeout items. We will not do any returns on special orders. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at MissSilver.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MissSilver.com.
